- The orientation video which will introduce the museum and its amenities to visitors are scheduled for every 15 minutes, and are available in 7 languages; Khmer, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, English, French and Thai.
- The attraction will not be liable for any loss of valuable items carried by the clients.
